Author's checklist
The authors of accepted papers are kindly requested to do the following:
- Revise your paper based on reviewers' comments. Please make sure to perform all required paper corrections and check the paper layout before submitting the paper for PDF compliance check.
The final paper format is the same as for the initial submission, and templates are available under "Paper Format" (if you followed the format for the initial submission it should be OK.)
The final version will be proofread to assure that the required changes have been included and that the paper conforms to the final submission guidelines. - Please check your paper in PDF format for IEEE Xplore®-compatibility with a tool called IEEE PDF eXpress™. (Please follow the instructions.) Once the paper successfully passes the check, you will receive an automated e-mail from the IEEE PDF eXpress™ confirming that. Please create a PDF-file out of that e-mail, and save it for the step 4.
- Print, sign, and scan the signed "Copyright Transfer Agreement" and save it into a PDF file.
- Create a single ZIP-file containing the signed Copyright Transfer Agreement (in PDF format) and the PDF eXpress confirmation mail (in PDF format). Name the ZIP-File with YOUR_EDAS_PaperID.zip (e.g.: 1234567890.zip).
Send this ZIP-file by e-mail to (contel2011.publication@TUGraz.at) - Upload the final paper into EDAS (any previous version will be overwritten).
PLEASE NOTE that you *must* upload the final version into EDAS - the PDF eXpress is NOT a paper submission service, so that PDF file can not be retrieved by us in any way. - Check that the paper you uploaded into EDAS is the correct one (date, size,...), and verify the paper related information (title, authors,...). Correct it if necessary.
- Register for the conference. Authors must register at author registration rate (R01 or R02). The deadline for author registration is April 27, 2011. Please note that to complete the registration we must receive your payment by due date as well.
For accepted papers, all steps 1-7 must have been completed by Friday, April 29. Otherwise, the paper will not be included in the conference proceedings.
For conditionally accepted papers, deadlines may be adjusted following the final acceptance by the TPC chairs. - Make travel and accommodation arrangements. If you need a visa, please apply for it well in advance (travel and visa requirements).
- Keep an eye on preliminary program and time schedule as you prepare your presentation. There are also some guidelines for presenters. All accepted papers will be presented in oral sessions.
- See you in Graz in June!
