TOPICS
Original, unpublished papers, addressing the following telecommunication topics are invited:
TUTORIALS
Proposals for tutorials covering topics of the Conference are welcome. Each should include speaker(s) CV, summary and an outline of the presentation. Please submit your proposals to the Chairman before February 1, 2001.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR PAPER SUBMISSION
The Program Committee will select the papers from the full texts. Number of pages is limited to 8, IEEE format (double column, single space, 10 point Times font). English is the language of the Conference. Please submit your paper electronically to the Secretary. For electronic submission please consult the guidelines on the ConTEL 2001 Web site.
An extra sheet with the paper title, full name(s), affiliation, full address, telephone, fax, E-mail, web page and address of the author to whom all correspondence should be sent should accompany all submissions.
Initial submission of full text
IEEE format on the initial submission is recommended. The papers should be submitted as Postscript or pdf files.
Submission of final paper
IEEE format is required. The papers should
be submitted as Postscript or pdf files.
Final submission should be accompanied by a short professional biography (up
to 200 words), IEEE style, on a separate sheet.
Accepted papers will be presented orally or in a poster session.
